Directions: Cast Iron Oil

Updated Directions for using Cast Iron Oil for Seasoning from Foodieville:

Pans and Griddles already in use: Spray on a little and wipe evenly into pan in between each use.

New pans or griddles- spray lightly and wipe evenly into the pan, bake in oven for 1 hour at 240 degrees. Then follow directions for Cast Iron Seasoning on pans you have already used.
